"ADAPTING TO DIVERSE SCIENCE CULTURE FOR DEVELOPMENT

SCIENCE is a part of everyday life. Science browses everything from the beginning until today, and continously to the future. Through Science, man's knowledge and wisdom continously enhanced as he explores and discovers every single thing until it was carved in the History.

SCIENCE has a very, very wide field that each human being learn, to apply their knowledge and skills in using it. It even helps us find our career in the future, by just learning it by heart. It also makes us updated on the happenings that may occur from time to time.

SCIENCE also answers our questions in mind, like "why" and "how" to become aware of what we have at present.

But, upon learning , we must not be also forgetting the past and early Sciencs, because without them, we can't follow our path in going through this present and to the next generations. They serves as the "ladder" in going up to continous advacements is Science for Development.

SIGNIFICANT AUGUST

The month of August for us Filipinos is very significant,because we are warmly celebrating the "Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa''. For so many years that have passed, Filipinos didn't lose their love and patriotic attitude towards Filipino language. So that's why August was declared as the month of Filipino language by our former late President of the 1st Philippine Commonwealth Manuel L. Quezon, the Father of our national language.

Like in our school, August Month is very significant to us ISNHSians. Traditionally, we celebrating the Month by performing skillful contests and activities in which students must encourage to join for it has a very significant purpose to them- to have strong love and patriotic attitude towards our Filipino language at all times by just using it in a better way. We must not be get ashamed because its for us Filipinos. Its a God's greatest gift to us, so we must give value to the language at all times eventhough its not August month. Like knowledge and wisdom, our language is also a treasure that no other can steal it.

Learning Language,Learning to progress

We are now in the new generation- Modern World. Lets welcome it as an effect of a very big progress that covers this world today and a very big change that can makwe it different from the past. It is because high technologies have influenced the world most as a result of man's wide knowledge. Speaking of knowledge too, do you know that certain country will be popular to the world, by just patronizing own language and trying to learn other languages from other countries?
Here in our country, Phillippines, Filipino is our national language.Of course, we, Filipinos must be the only one who are patronizing and using it properly for the country's progress. It is the only way to communicate with o9ther Filipinos. It is also our key to unite with with one another.
But, its not enough to sticking only into one language. In schools, offices, in going abroad, we can't use our own, instead, we use this global and ta the same time, our secondary language- English Language. As of now, it is a policy language of every country in this world. Through this language, we can make more friends from other countries, communications will be improved, and the knowledge on English vocabulary will widen. So, together with Filipino language, let's learn how to use them properly, that no other person can hurt what we are saying to them. Let's pretend that these to languages can lead us to Progress.

A Subject must be Loved

TLE. This subject for us is focused on computer or what we called Computer Education. In this subject, I learned many things eventhough I'm not interested to this, because its my "waterloo". In our 4th Year TLE, we're learning everything about INTERNET. In the 1st grading, we learned its History and on how to use it, as our dear subject teacher, Mrs. Evelyn Vera Cruz teaching on us. As we go on' I really learned to use INTERNET. I have also known and discovered its importance and wonderness to our society.

But as we also going on, I am meeting problems and challenges. My lazziness occur when it becomes harder and harder. Sometimes, I wanted to give up, trying to loss courage and said to myself stop learning it anymore. I even becoming unaware what was the result of these Good- for-nothing attitudes of mine and how will be my grade this 1st grading was.

Courage! I need courage. I need it so that I can't give up eventhough how hard it was. I want to think that it was only a challenge to make my learning more colorfuland useful. But after all, I find this subject more enjoyable than others. Iwill maintain it always so that it won't make me bored. This is also more interesting, because ther are so many things I haven't yet known, unfamiliar so it make me curious. It make me ask the 5-wh and how questions.

Proving on, the best thing that I must do to love this subject is "trying my very, very best", so that courage won't lost, so that I won't eventually giving up and my interest to learn the subject won't disappear. Overall, I must sacrifice, because I know, it leads me to succes.

Proper Nutrition leads to good health

To become healthy, one must satisfy the basic needs, especially good nutrition, in order to make life longer,we should not let diseases enter our body and we must have enough knowledge on how to fight these so that new types of diseases wouldn't spread all around. As of now, it's difficult to get sick because of the overhiking of prices. It's also better to prevent than to cure.
Aside from good nutrition, we should also have enough rest and sleep, exercise,and proper hygiene, because these also helps in making good health. Having medical check-up can also help to determine whether you are in the good health condition. In doing all these ways, one can already acquire good health, in order to get resistance from harmful diseases and makes life more pleasant.
